Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in the food industry, especially in food service and hospitality, is highly valued. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
• Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols, are strictly followed
• Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout the shift
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues professionally
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to assist guests effectively

Qualifications

• At least 6 months restaurant experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety regulations
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
