Lounge Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightlife settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and ensuring stock is rotated properly.
• Assist with banquet services or catering events as required, demonstrating versatility in various settings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items alongside beverages.
• Utilize time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or catering services is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
• Familiarity with brewing processes and retail math principles within the food industry.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
