Roles and Responsibility

• Manage daily operations of the lounge area, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional levels of service excellence.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the lounge area.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, promoting loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lounge Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
