Lounge Server Assistant

Overview

Problem Restaurant & Lounge is seeking energetic, attentive, and hospitality-driven Lounge Server Assistants to join our team. This role supports our lounge servers and service team in creating a polished, high-energy guest experience.

Position Overview

The Lounge Server Assistant is an essential part of the floor team, assisting with guest service, food running, bottle service, hookah service, and maintaining an organized and attentive environment throughout the lounge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with table setting and ensuring all dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting for guests
• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining a polished appearance
• Support food service by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to tables
• Keep service areas, tables, and surrounding floor areas clean and organized
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or food items following safe lifting practices
• Support bottle service by preparing tables, delivering bottles, mixers, glassware, and service items
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Prepare and set up hookahs according to venue standards and guest requests. Assist with hookah service and maintain a clean, organized hookah station

Skills

• Previous restaurant, lounge, nightlife, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer-service skills and a hospitality-first attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to anticipate guest and server needs
• Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain composure in a high-energy environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction

Pay: From $12.15 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
