Lounge Supervisor

The Lounge Supervisor leads daily airport lounge operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the highest standards of service, safety, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising frontline teams, managing service delivery, resolving operational issues, and ensuring lounge facilities and food and beverage services consistently meet customer expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery during assigned shifts.
• Lead and motivate frontline teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
• Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, availability, and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations and manage unexpected disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, airline, airport lounge, hotel, or premium service operations, with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua is an advantage.
