Veterinarian Client Service Representative for Natomas Veterinary Hospital

Natomas Veterinary Hospital is a growing, community-focused practice transitioning into a modern, innovative hospital designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients and patients. We are currently seeking an experienced, friendly, and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our close-knit front office team. This is a full-time position, and Saturday availability is required. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and clients with professionalism and warmth
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Manage a multi-line phone system and relay messages accurately
• Communicate with clients through multiple platforms (app, text, email, phone)
• Schedule appointments and manage daily workflows
• Maintain medical and administrative records
• Process payments and handle basic financial transactions
• Prepare prescriptions and clearly explain instructions to clients
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Positive, friendly attitude with the ability to remain calm in emergency or emotionally charged situations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience required
• Experience with ezyVet is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Comfortable handling and working around animals

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
