Ensure adherence to security, compliance, authentication, authorization, and audit logging standards.

Perform root cause analysis for incidents and drive continuous improvements to platform reliability and performance.

Contribute to architecture design, platform modernization, automation initiatives, and engineering best practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and citizen-centric digital services.
