We are looking for an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to join our team on commercial construction projects in the Reno area. If you have strong low voltage experience, enjoy leading crews, and thrive in a fast-paced field environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee low voltage crews on active commercial job sites
• Coordinate daily manpower, material, and installation needs
• Install and oversee systems such as structured cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, and other low voltage systems
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain production schedules and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with project leadership and other trades on site
• Ensure quality standards and jobsite expectations are consistently met

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Low Voltage Foreman or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of commercial low voltage installations
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the Reno, NV area
