Reliable Cable of WI is looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team! Whether you’re just starting out or have experience in the industry, we offer hands-on, on-the-job training and the opportunity to build valuable skills in the growing field of structured cabling.

Our installers work alongside experienced technicians to install low-voltage cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning a skilled trade, we’d love to hear from you!

About Reliable Cable of WI

We are a local company specializing in low-voltage cabling installations throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We work with electrical contractors, IT and security companies, general contractors, and building owners to deliver quality installations for new construction, remodels, and existing facilities.

Most of our projects are within an hour of the Fox Valley, so you can be home at night! We primarily work indoors in commercial buildings, offering a variety of projects and opportunities to develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our installation team, your responsibilities may include:

• Cable Installation: Install CAT6, CAT6A, single-mode and multimode fiber, coax, security, paging, intercom, and speaker cabling.
• Infrastructure Installation: Install cable supports, conduit, sleeves, and pathways; core drill holes; and pull and route cables.
• Cable Termination: Install connectors, jacks, faceplates, patch panels, and other termination components.
• Telecommunications Room Buildouts: Install racks, cabinets, ladder racks, cable trays, cable management systems, and patch panels; organize and terminate cables.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Test, troubleshoot, and repair cabling systems to ensure proper operation.
• Device Installation: Install end-user equipment as needed, including security cameras, wireless access points, card readers, electric door strikes, and speakers.
• Project Coordination: Experienced technicians may have opportunities to manage projects and oversee installation work.

• Previous low-voltage, electrical, construction, or related experience is a plus, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
