Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Voltage Systems Superintendent to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will lead systems operations, manage infrastructure upgrades, ensure compliance, and coordinate across departments to support business goals. We are looking for people with a back ground in fire alarm, BDA and Structure cabling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation and performance of projects and staff.
• Lead system installation, configuration, and service activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure systems meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor system functionality, perform audits, and implement preventative maintenance protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Provide leadership to technical staff including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems processes, standards, and policies.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, facilities systems management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and systems.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
