Low Voltage Technician - Access Control / CCTV (Will Train)

We're a Miami-based security integrator installing and servicing access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems for multi-family and commercial properties across South Florida. Experienced techs and motivated beginners welcome. We will train the right person! Pay depends on technical background and experience. Experienced techs typically start at $26+/hr.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, approx. 40 hours/week. Overtime available.

What you'll do

• Pull, terminate, and dress low voltage cable (Cat6, composite, fiber) for access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
• Mount and wire card readers, door hardware, cameras, panels, and sensors
• Program and test systems: add readers, cameras, alarm points, and users
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs under client service agreements
• Update your team lead daily on the status of all work performed

Who we're looking for

• Experienced techs: 2+ years in low voltage/security; programming experience with Avigilon, Genetec, Axis, or similar is a strong plus
• Entry level: we will train. Electrical, IT, or trade school background helps
• Basic IP networking knowledge is a plus
• Certifications a plus: OSHA 10, BICSI, NICET, or manufacturer certs (Genetec, Avigilon, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable, on time, safety-minded, and professional with customers and coworkers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
