Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Low Voltage Installation Technician to join our team. As a Low Voltage Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various low voltage systems including alarm systems, surveillance systems, networking infrastructure, Pro audio/video setups, and Residential AV systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and networking equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform onsite assessments and collaborate with clients to design and implement low voltage solutions tailored to their needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Test and inspect installed systems to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Provide training and support to clients on system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities, including equipment inventory and work logs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of experience in low voltage system installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring alarm systems, surveillance cameras, networking equipment, Pro audio/video setups, and Residential AV systems.
• Strong understanding of low voltage wiring, circuitry, and electrical components.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
