Low Voltage Technician - Experienced

We're a low voltage company based in Austin and we're growing fast — new cities, new contracts, new crews. We need a tech who knows what they're doing and shows up ready to work. No babysitting, no hand-holding. Just good work, solid pay, and a real shot at moving up as we expand nationwide.

What the job looks like

• Running and terminating Cat6, fiber, coax, and control wiring on commercial job sites
• Installing and commissioning cameras, access control, intrusion, and structured cabling systems
• Reading blueprints and schematics — you know how to follow a set of drawings
• Troubleshooting in the field without waiting for someone to tell you what to do
• Keeping job documentation clean — labels, as-builts, paperwork done right
• Working alongside GCs and other trades without drama
• Helping bring newer guys up to speed when needed

What we need from you

• 3–5 years in low voltage — commercial experience preferred
• You know your way around structured cabling, cameras, or access control (ideally more than one)
• Valid Texas driver's license, clean record
• You can run a job site on your own without someone checking in every hour
• Reliable — you show up when you say you will
• NICET, BICSI, or a Texas alarm license is a plus — we'll help you get there if you don't have one
• Open to some travel as we open up new markets
