Loyalty Data Analyst

What you'll do:

• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, quality improvement, and processing full sales data flows
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc Baltic-level performance reports and overviews for the Board and stakeholders
• Conduct end-to-end campaign analysis (pre- and post-analysis), evaluate customer journeys, and measure promotional/coupon efficiency to drive sales
• Support strategic budget planning and track promotional expenses
• Develop visualizations and identify trends to provide insights for business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights

About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or experience in business data analytics
• Advanced English language skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience in other analytical tools (Power BI, Looker, Apps Script) is preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power Query, SQL, Python, or similar will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Ability to analyze large datasets and develop clear data visualizations
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident

Monthly salary range (before taxes): 2800 - 2940 €
