Role Mission

As a Loyalty Manager, you will have a direct impact on how Help Net builds long-term relationships with its patients. You will coordinate CRM, loyalty, and retention initiatives, ensuring that strategies and campaigns are aligned with the brand’s overall marketing and communication direction.

What you will do

• You will develop and manage the Help Net loyalty program, together with campaigns and initiatives dedicated to patient retention and loyalty.
• You will coordinate the development and optimisation of the CRM infrastructure (tools, systems, and processes) supporting the loyalty program.
• You will analyse customer databases and sales performance, including segmentation, reports, trends, and relevant insights to support loyalty and acquisition campaigns.
• You will plan and implement customer loyalty and activation campaigns, both nationally and locally, tailored to the specific needs of the pharmacy business.
• You will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and recommend improvements.
• You will analyse the market and competition to ensure that loyalty initiatives are aligned with industry trends and developments.
• You will define, plan, and manage the marketing budget allocated to loyalty and CRM activities.
• You will negotiate contracts with CRM and direct marketing service providers and oversee their implementation.
• You will identify the needs and behaviours of Help Net’s loyal customers and propose new loyalty programs to increase customer satisfaction.
• You will coordinate the development and implementation of data mining and data intelligence tools supporting CRM and loyalty activities.

What we are looking for

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of Management experience in developing and managing loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement programs.
• Experience in cross-functional projects (marketing, digital, customer service).
• Experience in implementing, optimizing, or relaunching loyalty programs.
• Strong knowledge of Loyalty, CRM, segmentation, and personalisation.
• Ability to develop business cases and budgets and measure the ROI of loyalty initiatives.
