What they need
Miss Me is looking for a Retention Manager to own our email, SMS, loyalty, and customer retention strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the email and SMS marketing calendar
- Build and optimize automated flows and customer journeys
- Manage customer segmentation and personalization
- Develop strategies to increase repeat purchase rate and customer LTV
- Plan promotional, product launch, and lifecycle campaigns
- Monitor revenue, engagement, deliverability, and retention KPIs
- Work closely with ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams
- Manage loyalty and retention initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong Klaviyo experience
- Shopify/DTC ecommerce experience preferred
- Strong understanding of email/SMS strategy and analytics
- Fashion/apparel experience is a plus
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
