Loyalty Program and Platform Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Loyalty Program and Platform Project Manager to coordinate implementation of a new loyalty and rewards platform and support the redesign and consolidation of the client’s existing loyalty programs for cardholders.

The role will work closely with the client’s Cards, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams and external partners, as well client’s Advisory and Product teams, to implement the client’s loyalty strategy and drive the program from design to development and launch.

This is primarily a business and stakeholder management role, requiring strong project management capabilities and commercial acumen combined with experience in cards, loyalty, rewards, customer engagement, and/or financial services.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with client stakeholders and client’s teams to support transition of the client’s existing cardholder loyalty and rewards programs to a new loyalty platform.
• Support the translation of loyalty platform strategy into clear business and functional requirements for implementation.
• Manage the end-to-end business project plan, including key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across client business teams, client’s teams, technology teams and other relevant partners.
• Drive project governance through regular working sessions, steering updates, RAID management and decision tracking.
• Prepare concise project updates and materials for senior management and project governance forums.
• Support the design of the target loyalty proposition, including program structure, customer journeys, rewards construct, eligibility rules and redemption experiences.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on the future-state loyalty program and key customer propositions.
• Coordinate business readiness activities ahead of platform and program launch.
• Support development of launch, migration and transition plans, particularly where existing programs need to be consolidated or migrated.
• Coordinate business validation, user acceptance testing, operational readiness and launch preparation.
• Ensure business deliverables are completed in line with agreed implementation timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• About 5-7 years of experience in business-side project management in the spaces of cards, loyalty, rewards and/or financial services.
• Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional business initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in credit/debit cards, loyalty programs, rewards, or customer engagement would be highly preferred.
• Experience implementing or transforming loyalty, rewards, CRM or customer engagement platform would be advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into structured requirements and implementation plans.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Structured, hands-on and comfortable working in environments where requirements and priorities may evolve.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
