About the Role

Bespoke Connections is looking for an analytical, organised and detail-oriented LP Research & Project Management Analyst to support our international team across investor research, private markets research, data management and fundraising projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Research institutional investors (LPs), including pension funds, endowments, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and other private market investors.
• Research private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate and other alternative investment markets.
• Prepare investor lists, profiles, research summaries, reports and presentations to support fundraising mandates.
• Support project management by maintaining trackers, timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.
• Coordinate with consultants across different regions to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems and Excel trackers.
• Conduct data cleansing, validation and research to ensure investor information is accurate and up to date.
• Support internal reporting and client deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, placement agents, asset management, financial research or a related field.
• Good understanding of private markets and institutional investors.
• Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
