LPC Associate

I am seeking a Texas LPC Associate to join my private practice as it grows into a group practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in building a caseload gradually and growing with the practice.

Schedule
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexibility to develop a mutually agreed-upon schedule. Availability on Saturdays and at least one evening during the week is required.

Clinical Focus
The position will initially focus on individual counseling, with a future goal of offering two therapy groups per week. Substance use treatment experience is preferred, along with a willingness to work with children, adolescents, and adults within your training and competence.

Compensation and Benefits

• $40 per completed individual session.
• Free LPC supervision provided by an LPC-S.
• Office space, EHR access, and a dedicated Google Voice account provided.
• Group counseling compensation will be discussed separately.

Caseload Development
Applications have been submitted to most major insurance companies, with approvals anticipated within approximately 30–90 days. The ability to see insurance clients will depend on each payer’s approval and coverage policies for LPC Associate services.

Please expect a gradual caseload buildup. A full caseload and minimum weekly income are not guaranteed at the start.
