LPG Purchaser Required

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Executive to manage international purchasing and import procurement. The successful candidate will source overseas suppliers, coordinate orders and shipments, and ensure timely delivery in line with company requirements and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate international suppliers.

• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and recommend suppliers.

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documents in SAP.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, clearing agents, and internal departments.

• Track orders and shipments, following up to ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.

• Monitor shipment costs and help resolve customs, delivery, quality, and invoice issues.

• Maintain accurate supplier, order, and import records.

• Follow company procurement policies and applicable import procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing, preferably international procurement or imports.

• Practical knowledge of international sourcing, shipping, and import documentation.

• Hands-on SAP purchasing experience is required.

• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Relevant education in procurement, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
