LPN – Clinical Care Coordinator II

The Clinical Care Coordinator II in the General Surgery department provides patient care tailored to age-specific needs and assists in managing patient care under physician supervision.

• Requires BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire and graduation from an accredited nursing or diploma program.

• Preferred qualifications include at least one year of outpatient clinical experience, familiarity with electronic practice management, electronic health records, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• Must hold an active FL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• All care providers must pass background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse to ensure safety, especially when working with vulnerable populations.
