Premier Medical Clinic Inc is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Perry, FL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine clinical procedures
• Assist physicians and advanced practitioners during patient examinations and treatments
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR system
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management
• Collect and process lab specimens, perform EKGs, and conduct basic diagnostic procedures
• Triage patients and communicate changes in patient condition to supervising providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Previous clinical or outpatient/primary care experience preferred
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
