About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Business Services industry, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and support within various healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will be instrumental in monitoring patients' health, administering medications, and documenting vital signs, which are essential for effective treatment plans. Additionally, you will engage with patients and their families, providing education and emotional support to enhance their understanding of health conditions and care procedures. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a business services environment.
• Certification in IV therapy or other specialized nursing skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
