Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Microsoft Word and other documentation tools.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation purposes.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
