Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Baldwinsville, NY

Position: Per Diem, (every other weekend)

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Park Terrace at Radisson . This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and document observations accurately.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license
• Proven experience as an LPN in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
