Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook of Greenwood Hill

• $5,000 Sign on Bonus for FT PM and NOC shift!
• $2,500 Sign on Bonus for PT Shift!
• Starting pay between $30-$32/hr,.
• Shift Differential: $2.00 PM and $1.00 NOC
• PRN: Flat rate of $30
• $5,250 in yearly Tuition Reimbursement /Student Loan Repayment.
• Employee referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Conducted health assessments and created personalized care plans for each resident.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
• Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!

• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in a long term care setting
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
