Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in our medical office. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for assisting with triaging, medical documentation, coding and ensuring exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities**

• Triaging patients

• Answering patient messages and reporting labs

• Perform sterile processing procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure proper coding for billing purposes

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or physician promptly

**Experience**

• Proven experience working in a clinical setting providing direct patient care

• Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols

• Strong understanding of practice workflows

• Proficiency in medical documentation

• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control measures

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Requirements**

• Valid LPN license in [State]

• CPR certification

• Preferred medical office experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
