WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide nursing support and health monitoring
• Assist with medication-related needs and nursing oversight
• Monitor changes in individuals' health status
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Participate in care coordination and planning
• Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of the individuals we serve
