We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a medically fragile client in Titusville, Florida. This role offers consistent hours, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to provide focused, high-quality care in a home setting.

Please note: The client has a friendly German Shepherd in the home.

Position Highlights

• $32 per hour (1099 independent contractor)
• Day shifts available
• 24/7 care coverage

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN or RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Trach care experience
• G-tube care experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening
• Comfortable working in a home with pets

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube care
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver compassionate, safe, and attentive nursing care in the home
