What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You’ll build relationships, support their well-being, and contribute to a positive, family-like atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on resident care and completing daily rounds
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitoring and documenting residents’ conditions and progress
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team
• Supporting care plan development and implementation
• Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license (State of Indiana)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
• Previous long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required
