LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Northtowns Medical Group is an innovative and dynamic Internal Medicine practice who is currently seeking an energetic and flexible full-time LPN. Candidate will provide care for patients during their visit and between visits at our practice. Hands-on patient care, clinical decision making, and understanding of care management are essential to this job. Knowledge/experience with Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), experience with MEDENT, and 2 years of LPN experience in an office setting are preferable, but willing to train the right candidate.
