Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in weight loss programs by educating patients on nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license and certification
• Proficient in patient care and assessment
• Knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
• Basic life support certification
• Familiarity with weight loss management and health coaching
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
