LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

LPN for in office work consisting of general office work, scheduling, billing, payroll, liaison between Case Managers, aide supervision. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm.

Must also be able to fill in for Shift work for call off and Vacations as needed, these hours may vary depending on shift that needs to be filled and may be occasional weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file, completing general assessments.

• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing
• Administering medication
• Tube feedings
• Update patient records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly.
• Move patients from wheelchairs and beds using lift system.
