LPN Job Description:
As an LPN at Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing top-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing education and support to residents and their families
• Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations

LPN Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

• Current CPR

• Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility is preferred but not required
