Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and flexible LPN to join our nursing team at our Holiday Island location. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the medical stability and daily care of clients during detox and residential treatment, working closely with our physician, nursing staff, and clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with physician visits and help coordinate client medical care
• Call in prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacies
• Administer and pass medications according to physician orders and facility policy
• Conduct accurate medication counts and maintain proper documentation
• Take and record vital signs
• Complete regular client rounds and monitor for withdrawal symptoms or changes in condition
• Document care accurately and in a timely manner in the client record
• Communicate client needs and concerns to the physician and clinical team
• Support a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
• Assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or compact license)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in detox, substance use, behavioral health, or residential care preferred, not required
• Strong attention to detail, especially with medication administration and documentation
• Dependable, professional, and able to adapt to changing needs and schedules
• Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to individuals in recovery
