LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and support the medical staff in delivering excellent healthcare services.

*Duties*

• Provide assitance to Case Managers in caring for Hospice patients

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

• Utilize Matrix Care software for medical record documentation

• Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient encounter

• Collaborate with Hospice staff to ensure seamless patient care

Pay: $25.00 per hour
