Aster Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

Shifts Available:

• 7AM-3PM
• 3PM-11PM
• 11PM-7AM

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

• Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
• Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
• Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of NJ
• New Grads Welcome
• Long-term care experience a plus
