** $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR PART TIME **

Part Time | Day and Night Shifts | 12 Hour Shift - Monday's Only!
Pay: $26-$30.50/hour
based on shift and weekend differentialsattendance incentives

PRN/Per Diem | $27.50/hour
Minimum requirement: 3 shifts per month

LPN Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LPN License
• 1-2 years of long-term care experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn new systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of care and leadership

What You'll Do:

• Lead STNAs in delivering quality resident care
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
• Complete assessments, documentation, and charting
• Support residents with daily living and overall well-being
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and care team
• Manage orders, labs, admissions, and care transitions
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Respond to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies
