LPN NURSE NEEDED

Best Home Health Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for one of our patients in Spring Hill, FL.Pay is negotiable.

Schedule

3 days per week:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Sunday

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Main Responsibilities

The patient's primary nursing needs include:

• G-Tube management and care
• Tracheostomy care
• NO ventilator care required
• Medication administration as ordered
• Monitoring the patient's condition and safety
• Basic LPN nursing duties
• Assistance with activities of daily living as needed
• Following the patient's Plan of Care
• Completing required nursing documentation
• Communicating with the family and nursing supervisor regarding changes in condition

Requirements

• Valid Florida LPN license
• Experience with G-Tube and tracheostomy care preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate and professional
• Comfortable providing one-on-one care in the patient's home
