LPN/RN Supervisor: - Evening Shift

About the Role:

As an LPN/RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising shifts, managing staff to ensure resident care, and maintaining high-quality care standards. You will also be expected to ensure smooth building operations, address resident needs and concerns, and maintain quality resident care. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, results-oriented, and strong leader who thrives in a team environment.

LPN/RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise shifts to ensure resident care is provided in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage staff to ensure optimal resident care and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Ensure smooth building operations, including managing inventory and supplies
• Address resident needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
• Maintain quality resident care, adhering to established standards and protocols

LPN/RN Supervisor Benefits:
