LPN – Practical Nurse – Acute Care Float

Role Overview: This position involves providing clinical support in an inpatient setting as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers, staff, and patients by delivering nursing care, facilitating patient flow, and supporting procedures.
• Complete patient database updates, including vital signs, medical history, allergies, and medication review.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, document assessments and treatments, and reinforce patient education.
• Maintain inventory levels, clean and set up examination rooms, and ensure equipment functionality.
• Support orientation of new personnel and perform front-office duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: Must graduate from a Specialty Training Program with appropriate licensure. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills are essential. Ability to work effectively in a team and support patient care.
