Spring Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care is located at 6856 E Portland Ave, Tacoma WA 98404

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse looking to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Resident Care Manager, you will be assisting in the delivery of nursing services to residents, charting using precision and timeliness, and collaborating with a team of healthcare providers to best serve our residents. The care team will be taught how to provide high quality care to our residents thanks to the guidance and coaching you provide. You will promote positive outcomes for each of our residents using the diverse knowledge and relational skills you bring with you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Unencumbered license as an LPN in the state of Washington.

• Experience working in a senior living facility preferred.

JOB DUTIES:

• Employ the basics: strong organization, written communication, time management.

• Actively evaluate and identify evolving health needs of our residents via resident assessments.

• Ensure a safe and effective medication administration system with our Med Techs.

• Assist with teaching and training all unlicensed staff, build a team you are proud of!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
