Women’s Health CT is currently seeking a full-time LPN/RN at New Britain OB/GYN!

Position: LPN or RN
Employment: Full-time (40hrs)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm

Position Summary: In this role, the LPN or RN at Women's Health CT- OB & GYN will deliver the highest quality patient care and directly supports the Nursing and Provider teams. The LPN/RN is responsible for educating, advising and providing clinical support in-office, and by phone, to obstetric and gynecologic patients. This position requires a current State issued RN or LPN license, and previous working experience in an out-patient practice, urgent care clinic, or hospital environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments.
• Administer prescribed patient’s medication, treatments and therapies according to physician’s orders.
• Coordinate care plans.
• Triage patient phone calls.
• Maintain a clear communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team.
• Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Current CT LPN or RN license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years OB/GYN or Women’s Health nursing experience.
• Injection/vaccine experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and focus on details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
