Pay: LPN $30–$36/hour | RN $38–$46/hour

About Us

Gameday Men’s Health is a growing men's health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), hormone optimization, weight management, and overall wellness.

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable LPN or RN to join our Schaumburg team on a full-time basis.

Our ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, providing exceptional care, and working in a small, team-oriented clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, injections, and vital signs.
• Prepare and administer medications, including testosterone, under appropriate provider orders.
• Assist providers with patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Coordinate lab work and communicate patient concerns to providers.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communication, and front desk responsibilities as needed.
• Build strong patient relationships and encourage treatment adherence and follow-up appointments.
• Help patients understand membership options and available services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience with venipuncture and injections preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, or weight management is a plus, but not required.
