Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to contract with our healthcare agency. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients across various clinical settings.

Current Areas Include: Cresco, Decorah, New Hampton, Anamosa, Cedar Rapids, Council Bluffs, Edgewood, Elkader, McGregor, Bellevue, & Burlington. As we continue to expand more will be added.

Duties

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Assist with medical procedures and emergency situations as needed.
• Stay current with medical terminology, nursing practices, and healthcare advancements through ongoing education.
• Efficiently and effectively be able to work in various areas of healthcare with minimal training as you are contracted to do.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in the state of practice.
• One year Proven experience in patient care or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient support.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the healthcare facility. This position is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. We welcome qualified candidates committed to providing compassionate care in a professional environment.

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $37.00 - $53.00 per hour
