LPN/RN North Brevard

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 24-Hour Case

Days, Nights, and Weekends available.

Seeking 2-3 dedicated RNs or LPNs for a 24-hour case caring for a client with specific needs:

• Anoxic Brain Injury
• Non-verbal
• Tracheostomy (Trach)
• Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) Tube
• Decubitus Ulcer
• Chronic Indwelling Catheter

Requirements:

• Valid FL Driver’s License
• Signed Social Security Care
• Clear/Active LPN/RN License
• Level II Background Check w/ Eligible Status (OIG/NSOPW/Brevard County)
• Valid CPR Card (Online courses not accepted)
• Statement of Health (signed by MD/DO/RN/ARNP/PA within last 6 months)
• Alzheimer’s Certification (CEU)
• Domestic Violence Training (2 hrs. | CEU)
• HIV/AIDS Training (CEU)
• Bloodborne Pathogens/OSHA Training (CEU)
• Florida’s Laws & Rules for Nursing (CEU)
• Prevention of Medical Errors Training (CEU)
• Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 - $6,000,000 coverage limits)

Additional Documents:

• Valid Auto Insurance
• Drug Screening ($8.00, taken from the first check | Completed in office)
• References (any 2 work-related, not personal)
