[LPS] Infrastructure Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor system performance, capacity, and error logs; fine-tune configurations as needed
• Troubleshoot incidents, apply hotfixes/patches, and coordinate with vendors/product teams for permanent resolutions
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation and operational runbooks
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting to prevent recurrence of issues
• Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvements
• Provide support for hardware and infrastructure issues escalated from the customer team
• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying data center infrastructure, working on Hyper-V, Windows Servers, REHL, CyberArk PAM and Veeam Data Backup products
• Experience with Hyper-V cluster setup, vNIC, and vSwitch configuration
• Experience with performing CIS hardening on Windows 2022 Data Center & REHL, GPO deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Familiarity with ITIL change and incident management processes
• Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routing, VLANs)
• Knowledge of BMC Control-M is preferred
• Knowledge of implementing firewall rules, support network switches is preferred
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, or ITIL Foundation v3/v4
