Legal Counsel
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.
- Handle NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and other commercial agreements.
- Work as an in-house legal counsel and provide contractual/legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, POAs, pre-bid queries, deviation matrices, declarations and bid-compliance documents.
- Support proposal drafting and identify contractual/legal risks.
- Stay updated on applicable laws, regulations and current legal developments.
