LTO Coordinator

Location: Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Job Description

We are looking for an LTO Coordinator who will assist in the processing and monitoring of vehicle registration, documentation, and related LTO transactions. The role will also provide basic support in warehousing and logistics activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate LTO registration and vehicle-related documents
• Monitor registration schedules, requirements, and document validity
• Coordinate with LTO offices and other concerned parties
• Maintain and organize vehicle and registration records
• Assist with basic warehouse and logistics activities
• Support receiving, releasing, and monitoring of supplies or materials when needed
• Perform fieldwork and other administrative tasks related to the position
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of records

Qualifications

• With experience or basic knowledge in LTO registration and vehicle documentation
• With basic warehousing or logistics experience
• Knows how to drive and has a valid driver's license
• Computer literate
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to perform fieldwork
• Willing to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
• Can start ASAP
