  LTS Program Assistant Pathways Resource Room

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred

  • Experience working with young children

  • Experience assisting in program implementation

  • Ability to work with professional staff

  • Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications
    General Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist students with autism/characteristics of autism who attend full inclusion

  • Support with implementation of behavior plan

  • Collect data

  • Monitor students throughout the day across all settings

  • Provide academic support as needed

  • Potential toileting assistance with younger students

  • Monitoring and supporting for attention, work completion and social navigation

  • Potential assistance with communication devices
